This privacy notice for Applied Machines, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our“), describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share (“process“) your information when you use our services (“Services“), such as when you text into phone numbers operated by us or visit our web site.

When you visit our web site, we do not collect, use, store, or share any information that is available during your session.  The web site is hosted by Google LLC, subsidiary of Alphabet, Inc., which may operate according to a different privacy policy.

When you text into a phone number operated by us, we store the conversation text in non-durable memory for the duration of the conversation for the purpose of fulfilling an order.  Once an order has been confirmed, the text of the conversation is deleted irrevocably and never persisted to any durable storage medium.   Note that we we leverage 3rd party services, such as telephony providers and large language models ("LLMs") providers, during the course of the conversation, which may operate according to a different policy.
